1. All LittlezClub purchased from LittlezClub kids wear can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase – no requests will be entertained after that time.
2. All claims as approved by the company will be processed within 14 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other article of equal value from the website.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense. Customer has to send us return back and share the return receipt for tracking,
